Facilities

The apartment is situated in Playa Honda in the beautiful La Manga Mar Menor, Murcia, 1 km from the La Manga strip. The two bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people maximum, although if you have more people in your group we have many contacts in the Verdemar complex and can offer more apartments at a very good rate. The apartment has the benefit of air conditioning and the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a sofa bed (sleeps two), SKY TV (with english channels), DVD and CD players. Leading from the lounge is a patio with patio set and sun loungers and sea views. The main bedroom has a sea view and is furnished with twin beds, chest of drawers and spacious fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is similarly equipped but with a ceiling fan. This also has a sea view. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, illuminated vanity unit and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized cooker and electric hob, a large fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Leading from the kitchen is a patio / laundry / storage area.

We are on the second floor and elevators or stairs give access to the apartment and to the solarium on the roof. There is also a private parking space underground. Car hire can be arranged also the hire of bikes and baby equipment.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Verdemar 3 complex. There are 2 good sized bedrooms with full bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need for your self catering holiday. There is a separate utility area also.

The apartment has a good sized terrace which offers outside space for eating or sunbathing. The apartment overlooks the landscaped pool area. You can also enjoy free use of the gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools and childrens play area.
